Associate Attorney – Real Estate Office

Taylor W. Case joined Silva, Kiernan & Associates in 2020 as a real estate attorney focusing on residential real estate transactions. Ms. Webb strives to be involved in every step of the process, including buyer and seller document preparation, title examinations, funding, lender communication and compliance, and document recording, among others. Ms. Webb enjoys seeing the culmination of her team’s hard work on a file come together at the closing table with happy sellers and buyers.

Ms. Webb obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016, where she was a Mark R. Braswell distinguished scholar. In 2019, she obtained her law degree, magna cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Webb served as Articles Editor of the North Carolina Central University Law Review, she was an Academic Success Fellow for first-year law students in both Property and Contracts, and she also earned a Dispute Resolution Institute Certificate.

Having grown up in Tarboro, North Carolina, Ms. Webb is a lifelong resident of eastern North Carolina. Prior to moving to Jacksonville and joining Silva, Kiernan & Associates, Ms. Webb practiced as an associate at DeLoatch & Hinton in Tarboro, focusing primarily in the areas of real estate and estate planning.
Ms. Webb currently resides in Jacksonville. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and cheering on her beloved Tar Heels.
