Real Estate Office – Legal Assistant, Notary Public

In 2017, Holly Hale joined Silva, Kiernan & Associates as a legal assistant specializing in traffic and criminal law. With her, she brings nearly five years of experience as a former Deputy Clerk with the Onslow County Clerk of Superior Court. Holly’s background on both the state and defense sides, inside and out of the courtroom, make her a key asset when working on your case. Holly is always willing to assist our clients and considers every question and concern they clients have.

Originally born and raised in Manassas, Virginia, Holly relocated to North Carolina in 2008 where she resides with her son, Liam, and chocolate Labrador, Bear. She currently serves as Campaign Treasurer on two of our district’s elected official’s campaigns, and in her free time enjoys going to local events and volunteering with Liam’s school.
